We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Products

Please consider that buying products over the Internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in person. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot be held responsible for differences which appear as a result of the aforementioned point. All measurements are approximate, but every effort is made to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

All Goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information etc. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

Payment Method

We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards via PayPal. All transactions are securely processed via PayPal using a verified SSL certificate ensuring that all data provided is encrypted. Orders must be paid in full before we dispatch the goods. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Prohibitions

You must not misuse this Website, commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; cause annoyance to other users; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material. Theoverdressed.co will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Theoverdressed.co reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be attempting to disrupt our services in any way.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed between you and the selected supplier we send you confirmation by e-mail that states the goods that you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed between you and the supplier.
